Accreditation
The University of Miami Intensive English Program has been accredited by the Commission of English Language Program Accreditation since 2001. The IEP is accredited for the period of April 2017 through April 2027 and agrees to uphold the CEA Standards for English Language Programs and Institutions. CEA is recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency for English language programs in the U.S.

The University of Miami Intensive English Program is a member program of UCIEP (University and College Intensive English Programs) and English USA.
